All-Russian Youth Organ Competition

Saratov State L.V. Sobinov Conservatoire invites young organists to take part in the V All-Russian Youth Organ Competition that will be held in Saratov on January 29 – February 2, 2027.

Saratov State L.V. Sobinov Conservatoire invites young organists (pupils of Music schools, students of Music colleges and Higher musical educational establishments) to take part in the V All-Russian Youth Organ Competition that will be held in Saratov on January 29 – February 2, 2027. The program of competition includes auditions of participants, master-classes, artistic meetings, concert of Jury members and the Gala-concert of competition laureates.

Nominations:

Group I: Solo Organ. Pupils of Music schools (except pupils of 10-12 grades).

Group II: Solo Organ. Students of Music colleges.

Group III: Solo Organ. Students of higher musical educational establishments who play organ as an additional instrument.

Group IV: Solo Organ. Students of higher musical educational establishments who play organ as a main instrument.

First prizes winners of previous competitions can’t participate in the same nomination.
All the participants of the competition perform their program on the Sauer Organ situated in the Great Hall of the Conservatoire. The winners of the competition in each category will be awarded the titles of laureates and diploma winners.
Special prizes of the competition are:

-        Diplomas of the “Center of cultural and artistic development “ART PRO”

-        Diplomas of the “Center of the modern organ art”

-        Recital or participation in the concert programs of Saratov State L.V. Sobinov Conservatoire (the season of 2027-28); “Penzaconcert”; Tomsk Philharmonic; the center “Dubrovitsy” (Podolsk, Moscow region); one of Saint-Petersburg cathedrals; St. Peter’s Cathedral (Pechory, Pskov region).

Jury keeps its right not to award all the prizes and share prizes between participants. Jury decisions are final and can’t be reviewed.

Participation fee is 3000 rubles. It should be paid not later than January 28, 2027. The bank payment information and the invitation to take part in the competition will be sent after the application.
Schedule of the competition and master-classes, programs and order of participants’ presentations will be published on the official Conservatoire website www.sarcons.ru after January 15, 2027.
